I believe most of you would know of you who have ever interacted with me personally or on social media and we have talked about books that Kasie West is one of my favourite authors when it comes to YA Contemporary Romance Fiction. And if by chance you didn’t I guess now you know. Aaaaand there is something special about this year !!! (Squealing loudly) which is that she has not only has one but two books coming out this year. And I am so so so happy because of that . I discovered her about 2 years back with Fill In Boyfriend being the first book I read by her and lets just say its just took me a month to read all her titles then. She has till date written 10 books , which I believe is like pretty fast ( AND I HAVE READ THEM ALL , I AM SO PROUD OF ME ) and has even written a short story which was part of a Christmas YA Anthology book. This post is purely for fangirling purpose and to let all my readers know about the two new books releasing this year by her because they are on the top of my reading list of 2019.
So I hope through this post Kasie west fans out there who had no idea about these books come to know about it and those who have never picked up her books give her an honest chance (it is worth it trust me )
And I am also linking the two books I have reviewed by her if you feel like checking them out .
Book Review – FILL IN BOYFRIEND
P.S. I have not even read their synopsis so that I go inside them with a clean slate.
Fame, Fate, and the First Kiss
Release Date : 5 February 2019
Publisher : Harper Teen
Lacey Barnes has dreamt of being in a movie for as long as she can remember. However, while her dream did include working alongside the hottest actor in Hollywood, it didnβt involve having to finish up her senior year of high school at the same time she was getting her big break. Although that is nothing compared to Donavan, the straight-laced student her father hires to tutor her, who is a full-on nightmare.
As Lacey struggles to juggle her burgeoning career, some on-set sabotage, and an off-screen romance with the unlikeliest of leading men, she quickly learns that sometimes the best stories happen when you go off script.
UPDATE : I actually did end up reading the book & loving it . You can read the book review from the link below .!

Maybe This Time

One year. Nine events. Nine chances to . . . fall in love?
Weddings. Funerals. Barbecues. New Year’s Eve parties. Name the occasion, and Sophie Evans will be there. Well, she has to be there. Sophie works for the local florist, so she can be found at every big event in her small hometown, arranging bouquets and managing family dramas.
Enter Andrew Hart. The son of the fancy new chef in town, Andrew is suddenly required to attend all the same events as Sophie. Entitled, arrogant, preppy Andrew. Sophie just wants to get her job done and finish up her sketches so she can apply to design school. But every time she turns around, there is Andrew, getting in her way and making her life more complicated. Until one day she wonders if maybe complicated isn’t so bad after all . . .
Told over the course of one year and following Sophie from event to event, this delightful novel from master of romantic comedy Kasie West shows how love can blossom in unexpected places.

I do worry if she puts out too much books that’ll mean her quality will go down. I have been meaning to read a Kasie West book for ages. Hopefully this year. I hope you enjoy both books. It’s great to have auto read books. I really have only one author that I read all her works… well two. But one of them is starting to disappoint me ): The other one, you never know what you are going to get which is exciting.

Kasie West is my go-to author whenever I need to read something fluffy and happy. Her books bring a certain happiness, which I could only describe as “kilig” in my native language.

I’m also at awe by how fast she writes. I’ve only read Pivot Point, and it was spectacular!! I really want to get reading all her other works though because they all sound like they’re right up my alley. And wow, it’s amazing that you’ve read all her works so far! Great post! π
